About the Role:
The Twitch legal team is looking for an experienced person for the role of Senior Paralegal.
You will provide support for commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, Twitch esports productions, and various marketing activations.
This role is an excellent opportunity to join Twitch's close-knit legal team, build relationships with counterparts at Amazon legal, and have fun tackling the complex issues of our user community.
You will report to our Associate General Counsel.
You Will:
o Draft and negotiate agreements for production, talent, content, marketing and other commercial transactions.
o Counsel our teams on many legal and business issues, including rights and clearances.
o Coordinate with diverse partners, including esports, procurement, business development, partnerships, marketing, sales, and finance.
o Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and ensure business demands are satisfied.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
